Chuangli Group Holds Intangible Cultural Heritage Handicraft Making Activity for Women's Day
On March 6, 2026, the "Chuangli Goddess Joy Party" themed activity of Shanghai Chuangli Group kicked off splendidly. On the occasion of the 116th International Women's Day, the group invited female employees to celebrate the festival and talk with tradition through an intangible cultural heritage handicraft making activity of mother-of-pearl pendant creation and ancient-style brooch design.

At the event site, female colleagues skillfully crafted unique Year of the Horse themed pendants with the national intangible cultural heritage mother-of-pearl inlay craft with their dexterous fingers. Different from conventional patterns, the specially designed shapes featured galloping ponies as the core element, implying "immediate success" and "the spirit of a dragon and a horse". Natural shells bloomed with a smooth and moist luster after processes such as carving, lacquering and inlaying, and every grain embodied the warmth of handcraft and the beautiful expectations for the new year.

Among a variety of accessories carrying auspicious meanings, there were cinnabar fu characters symbolizing "a prosperous start", keys implying "a change for the better", shells representing "auspicious peace" and auspicious clouds standing for "good luck and happiness". Female employees acted as "cultural designers", cleverly combining warm pearls with metal brooches. These brooches integrating traditional symbols with personal creativity are not only a unique "sense of ritual" for Chuangli goddesses, but also a warm link connecting the millennial ingenuity with contemporary life.

Women's Day is not only a celebration, but also a tribute to the perseverance and wisdom of women in family and workplace. These creations soaked in cultural warmth are just like a mirror, reflecting the spiritual map of modern women with "both hardness and softness" — they can inherit the fire of civilization with delicate perception and open up new career prospects with innovative courage. Through this intangible cultural heritage experience, we hope that female employees of Chuangli will transform the wisdom of intangible cultural heritage into inspiration for solving technical problems, drive value creation with a sense of belonging, and inject "her power" into the high-quality development and global layout of the group.
